Everything a Kenyan ISP needs to bill, connect and support customers.
Subnetwave brings billing, MikroTik management, M-Pesa payments, customer support and your field team into one platform - built around how internet providers in Kenya actually work.
What you get
M-Pesa first
Paybill and Till payments, prompts in the app and on the hotspot portal, automatic matching and reconciliation.
PPPoE and hotspot together
Fibre and wireless home customers and hotspot sites, billed and managed from one dashboard.
SMS, WhatsApp and email
Invoices, reminders and notices through TextSMS, Celcom Africa or Africa's Talking, WhatsApp and email.
Technician tasks and app
Installations and repairs assigned to technicians, tracked from their phones, with earnings paid by M-Pesa.
Support tickets
Customers report problems from their app; your team tracks them to resolution and sends technicians when needed.
Branches, sites and team roles
Run several branches and hotspot sites with staff who see only what their role allows.

Questions
Is Subnetwave only for Kenyan ISPs?
It's built in Kenya and M-Pesa ready, and ISPs in other African countries can sign up too - phone numbers and payment methods follow the country you operate in.
Which SMS providers can I use?
TextSMS, Celcom Africa or Africa's Talking with your own account - or buy SMS bundles from Subnetwave and send through the platform.
Do I need technical staff to set it up?
No. A setup guide walks you through each step, and adding a MikroTik is a single command pasted into the router.
How much does it cost?
Packages depend on the size of your ISP and the modules you need - see the pricing page, which also shows the free trial.
