Questions
How do hotspot customers pay?
They choose a package on your captive portal and get an M-Pesa prompt on their phone. Once they enter their PIN, their device is connected.
Can I sell vouchers through agents?
Yes. Generate and print voucher codes for a package; customers enter the code on the portal to get online.
Can I run several hotspot sites?
Yes. Each site has its own router, and you choose which packages each site sells, with sessions and sales per site.
Can customers use more than one device?
Yes, up to the device limit you set. They can see and disconnect their devices from My account.
